William N. Eddy – Partner

Bill Eddy started his real estate career over 35 years ago after graduating from the University of Southern California. He has broad experience in the development, merchandising, marketing and leasing of mixed-use projects, regional malls, specialty/entertainment retail and outlet centers. Bill has exclusively represented many international, national and regional retailers and restaurants with their store expansion strategies, market analyses and lease negotiations.

A native of Bakersfield, California, Bill began his commercial real estate career with Coldwell Banker and later with the Ernest W. Hahn Company. In 1974, Bill became Vice President Marketing with the Blackfield Hawaii Corporation in Honolulu, a leading commercial, and retail real estate developer and leasing company in Hawaii.

From 1980 – 1989 Bill served as Vice President Marketing for The Sammis Company, one of America’s premier commercial real estate developers and management companies in Newport Beach, CA.

Bill returned to Honolulu in 1990 and started ‘The Eddy Company’ to provide consulting services for Hawaii and US mainland development companies, retailers and restaurants. Bill is also a member and past Officer for the International Council of Shopping Centers.

He now works with his partner (and wife), Linda Eddy on a variety of specialty centers, urban retail, resort, and mixed-use projects providing competitive project analyses, project site and lease planning, merchandise mix, and leasing. Exclusive tenant representation that includes growth strategies, market analyses and comprehensive lease negotiations are a very integral part of our business.

Linda Eddy – Partner

A native of Evanston, Illinois, Linda has a B.A. in Journalism/Advertising from Southern Illinois University and a Juris Doctorate from Western State University, College of Law, Fullerton, CA, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1981.

Linda began her real estate career as a Staff Attorney for Denny’s, Inc., later serving as area Real Estate Manager at Taco Bell. In 1981 she became Regional Real Estate Manager for Payless Shoe Source, Inc. Linda has also worked with developer, Graham Murata Russell in Honolulu, HI, moving next to The Rouse Company, and later served as the Western Region Leasing Executive for Chelsea, GCA Realty.

In 1995 she became Regional Director Real Estate at Pacific Sunwear. Limited Brands, Inc. hired Linda in 2000 as their Regional Vice President – Real Estate. She returned to Pacific Sunwear in 2003 serving as their Vice President – Real Estate for the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Linda left Pacific Sunwear in 2010.
